13. How do Contacts Opt-in to Messages?
Users opt in by submitting their mobile phone number and actively selecting one or both unchecked consent checkboxes on the contact form at https://optin.fixmyfees.com/contact. Each checkbox clearly describes the category of messages the user will receive (non-promotional or promotional), as detailed in the Use Case above.
Consent is optional and not required to use the service. After submitting the form and selecting consent, users receive a confirmation SMS message.

16. Non-Sharing Clause
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
17. Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 860-335-1072. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
